When scrolling a data grid horizontally using a mouse wheel (such as a tilt wheel), the scroll direction is incorrectly inverted.

Unfortunately, that thread didn't have any useful information. The issue is with horizontal scrolling--not vertical scrolling.

I can confirm this is happening with both a MS Sculpt Ergonomic mouse and a Logitech MX Master mouse. Scrolling horizontally using the tilt wheel in dbForge moves everything in the opposite direction compared to every other application.

I'm having the same issue with my Anker 2.4G mouse
