(10061): Server did not respond within the specified timeout interval

hey, new to dbforge. I am trying to connect a remote database with no success.
This is the error I am receiving.

Can't connect to MySQL server on 'xxxxxxxxxxx' (10061):
The server did not respond within the specified timeout interval

I placed all the data as I think it should be.
Is there support I can get?
I placed all the credentials as connect the database via ssh.

Any help would be great.
