I receive a false difference because I am unable to ingore the line "COLLATE" can this be added to options. I know I do not have any differences between my project file and the database table but DBForge returns multiple differences all because of the "COLLATE" line.

You may need to select the 'Ignore collations' option on the 'Options' page of the Schema Comparison wizard.
