Openning Files in the editor offests the window

If I open up the SQL text editor the files text is not on the left edge, the horizontal scroll bar on the bottom is moved a bit off the left stop. So to see the text in the first few columns you have to move the horizontal scroll bar to get back into view.

Also to add mouse scroll left / right doesn't seem to work in the editor.
Monitor is 3840x2160 with the windows display settings at 150% for custom scaling. (from the control panel);
