Backup Lock Up

Running 7.3.148 on Windows 10 Home and when backing up 2 databases at the same time the back up processes end up locking up. No crash, just locked. Can't shut down, can't close either dialog that was backing up.
I backed up with the zip enabled option, but nothing else unusual.

More info, may not be two downloads at the same time that is causing the issue.
If I start even one back up it happens.
What seems to be causing the issue is MOVING the back up progress dialog box. It seems to happen if I move the dialog box right after it opens to show the back up status bar.

There may be an error hidden behind the main window.
Could you please perform the following:
1. Select 'Tools -> Options...' from the main menu. The 'Options' window opens.
2. Navigate to the 'Environment -> Output' branch.
3. Select the 'Write queries sent by the program to the SQL Log' and 'Log application errors' options.
4. Unselect the 'Delete application log after closing' option. Click 'OK'.
5. Reproduce the error and send us the *.log file with the latest date from the directory

Sorry totally forgot to check back on this. I had not used the tool for a bit but on it today and it did it again. It reminded me to check in. I updated the options and did some more backing up but have not seen a problem yet. I'll keep settings that way until it does show up again.
I don't think their is a pop up hiding as I ALT-Tabbed to see if any were active not sure if that's conclusive enough.
In any case I'll let you know if it happens again and get logs going to you.
