two bugs in "edit procedure"

i have some big procedure over 5000 lines, when i want to edit it, i will use "Edit Procedure", but i meet two BUGS in new version(7.1.13)。
1. when i add any words in the procedure at anywhere (even a space), the "Edit Procedure" will throw a error "It is impossible to switch to the Design mode. An object has incorrect source code", and i conn't use
"Update Database" to finish my change
2. when i add any words in the procedure, the dbForge will not response in few seconds
