[BUG] dbForge eats memory and hangs the OS

Version 7.1.13, russian edition

dbForge starts to eat lots of memory and hangs the OS totally. But still possible to kill it, if you see immediately.

Steps to reproduce a bug
1. Create a new procedure
2-A. Start typing CHANGE - you got it.
2-B. Paste a code with the word in quotes like ['CHANGE'] and start typing before it like [abc = 'ca 'CHANGE']. You got it again.

Please add it to bug track and report here.

Its really a problem to register here (not correct work of captcha - you souldnt enter the last char, but it is never said in russian) or to find anything.
