Can't update dbForgeStudio to newest version

I have been trying to update version 7.0.54 for several days. When I select Help/Check for updates, the response takes about 60 seconds before the 'product update manager appears. After entering login and password. With any combination of check boxes, pressing update hangs the process for about 60 seconds, and then I get an error message saying 'Product update failed:: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.' I am stuck with version 7.0.54. What is the problem?

This could be due to maintenance. Please try again.

Also, you can download the latest product build at Registered User's Area using the login and password received from our Sales department when purchasing the product.

Hi,
I got the same problem and I cant find the "Registered User's Area". Where is it? Does it only appear with certain creds?
Do I use the same creds as for Share-it?
Forum creds? (Which obviously I am using but don't see the above area with them).
These creds that I received in an email from you (support, not sales department) ?
"A request for new password at www.devart.com has been submitted for this e-mail address.
Your password to Devart.com is: xxxxx"
