Shortcut customization nightmare

Are there any plans to make the shortcut customization section actually useful? Currently any attempt to customize a completely keyboard driven workflow in dbForge is a pure waste of time. Shortcuts lack any description about what they actually do and when they get defined they act completely unpredictable. The shortcut documentation is nonexistent. For example, what is DataEditor.CancelEdit suposed to do? Judging by the description it should close any open "Data Viewer and Editor" window but it does nothing and pressing Esc leaves the window open and switches the focus to the table viewer in the background

And what about the backup dialog bug I've already reported three months ago? :(

Don't get me wrong dbForge for MySQL is a very good tool but the lack of any interest in actually maintaining it is boggling my mind and the reason I am seriously considering dropping it after many years of use.

The shortcut documentation is nonexistent.
We are planning to add a shortcuts table in the next product version (dbForge Studio for MySQL v7.0).
what is DataEditor.CancelEdit suposed to do?
It duplicates the 'Cancel Edit' button which is at the bottom-left corner of the data grid.
And what about the backup dialog bug I've already reported three months ago?
It will be fixed in the next product version.
