HI,

We are interested in purchasing dbForge for MySql. However, the trial version 6.3.341 keeps on crashing when seemingly when attempting to connect to a database or executing a simple query, after hanging for a while first. This happens on Win7 or Win8 machines, 64 bit.

We are currently investigating this issue and will answer you as soon as possible.

Could you please perform the following:

1. Select 'Tools -> Options' from the main menu. The 'Options' window opens.
2. Navigate to the 'Environment -> Output' branch.
3. Select the 'Write queries sent by the program to the SQL Log' and 'Log application errors' options.
4. Unselect the 'Delete application log after closing' option. Click 'OK'.
5. Restart dbForge Studio for MySQL.
6. Generate the error once again and send us the *.log file with the latest date from the directory '%SystemDrive%\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Devart\dbForge Studio for MySQL\'.

Please also provide us the query you are executing and the version of the MySQL server. Additionally, please let us know if the database is on a local or remote server.

Please try upgrading your .NET Framework to version 4.5.2 and let us know if it helps.
