Feature request(s)

Post by Zero-G. » Fri 12 Dec 2014 15:24

Hey

Using your latest Version of dbForge for mySql 6.3
When I Export data (right click on a database chosse Export)
And the Export type is SQL then there is no Option for creating bulk inserts
So, there is an Insert Command for each row. - When I Reimport the generated SQL file into a new database, it uses extreme Long time (of course).
So the first Feature request would be to allow generating bulk inserts.

The second Feature request would handle the Problem, told you above.
It would be great, when in the Editor, there would be an Option, to Change single insert's to bulk inserts.
It could work this way: In the GUI, when a script is openend, then a selection of insert Statements -> right click -> Create Bulk from selected rows

THX - Have a nice weekend

We will implement such features in one of the next product versions and will notify you once it's available for downloading.
