Failed to load database provider for MySql

Will appreciate if anyone can help with this! Getting this error message when I load dbForge Studio for MySQL Professional Edition version 6.1.166:

dbForge Studio for MySQL has encountered an unexpected error

and when I click on new connection I get

Failed to load database provider for MySql

Could you please let us know what version of Windows operating system you are using and whether it's x32 or x64?

It is Windows 8 x64
