When i have created a database project for SQL Server with Visual Studio, it will allow me to do a database project snapshot...http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library ... .103).aspx

How can i do this with the dbForge MySql fusion plugin or any other tool dbForge has???

I am trying to have my database developers send me snapshots of their database project which will allow me to do a compare of my database project against theirs and show me a diff window.....Then i can apply the differences to my database project which will be the one in which all developer changes will be merged to and then i can deploy our changes to production.
This works with SQL Server

Unfortunately, dbForge Fusion for MySQL doesn't provide the capability to create database snapshots. You can make a database backup though.
