lost connection while do backup

Hi,
i use the tunnel.php. When Back up is running it lost the connection. Is there
anything i can do against that e.g. some configuration.

Also, on the 'Advanced' tab of the Database Connection Properties dialog box for the connection please try to select the 'Keep connection alive' option and set the 'Ping timeout' field, let's say, to 10.

I need this function desperately - especially the Datasync.

Did i miss some special settings - 10 to 1 time it breaks ... does't matter if it
is comparison or backup. Is there any help?!?
