dbForge Fusion license?

Recently (February 2013) i bought Developer license for dotConnect for MySql, when a try to download new standard edition of fusion 6 (supports vs2012), only see v4.50.348 and a link "Upgrade now"(http://www.devart.com/dbforge/mysql/fus ... ering.html) in secure.devart.com
Do i need new license for download fusion new version?
