problem when update field

Hi all, sometime when I update data in my table I have this message: Update 0 record due to possible concurrency viloation. What I'm doing wrong to have this error?

Could you send us the text of CREATE TABLE statement to create a similar table?
Also, could you provide us the version of the MySQL server (and version of dbForge Studio) you are using?
