Unable to create new table from XML file

Hi -
I am attempting to create a new table via the "Database -> Import Data" function, but I receive the following error "Unknown table 'pre condition description' in information schema."
In the "Destinationtable" step I select "New Table" and give it the name "Pre Condition Description."
The XML file I'm using as the source is below.
Please help. Thank you.
