Is there a way to do a append, edit and post with the keyboard?
Now I have to use the mouse for it, but when I have to insert some things or an entire record it's mutch easier to use the keboard.

Yes, you can work with data editor with the keyboard.
After making any changes to the cell, press to confirm changes or to cancel. To insert the NULL value (instead of empty string) press the key combination. To add a new record, press the key. To delete a record from the grid, press keys.
You can also copy and paste data to the data editor.
