I purchased dbForge for MySQL but recived no instructions from Devart on how/where to download the install file or how to enter a registration code on the trial version. I have sent emails to [email protected] and used their feedback page, but have never received a response in the 10 days since purchase.

Am I expected to download a file or will Devart send me a disc?

Can anyone help please?
