Is the schema export compatible with the mysqldump from mysql itself?
I tried to restore the backup from MySQL administrator, but tells the script is not created by mysqldump and will not be restored.

We did not test Schema Export for compatibility with MySQL Administrator. We will test it and investigate compatibility issues.
