Since I installed the newest version I always receive the message:

Result consisted of more than one row

Is there any quick fix available?

I redeployed the Debug Engine and this seemed to do the trick.

Yes, sometime it happens when debug is been stopped urgently e.g. by external closing connection and we are working on this problem. You did right when redeployed debug engine. It's the simplest way to solve the problem.
