Storing Procs/Funcs with debug results in unexpected error.

Post by obomysql » Wed 01 Aug 2007 21:05

Every time I try to store the procedure using debug information I encounter a dialog box telling me that:
"MySQL Developer Studio has encountered an unexpected error."

I can send information to Core Lab - I did - but I would like to know if someone else experienced this behavior and has an idea of how to fix it.

I use MySQL Developer Studio 2.0.49 Licensed Version (Eval shows same behavior)

The strange thing is that storing with debug info worked for some time. Then it stopped functioning first on some database files, eventually the software doesn't store procedures and functions with debug info at all.
I installed it on a different client machine with the same behavior. I can store it regularly without debug info but that doesn't help me much.

I tried this as root, as well as regular user (with all rights granted)

I tried it on 2 different SQL servers, one windows based
MySQL 50.45-community-nt via TCP/IP

and another one Linux based
MySQL 5.0.45-community-log via TCP/IP

Any suggestion appreciated,
Oliver

For some reason we did not receive any error report from you. Just a letter. We do need information contained in error report. Could you please send it once more?
