Custom page size for reports

"User defined" is an option but no where are you given the option screen to define the page size.
I need a page size of 4.125" across top by 8.3125" long on a continuous feed printer. I am new so I am probably overlooking something. An y help would be appreciated.

Could you please provide us a screenshot of the dialog with the options you are trying to setup and the screenshot of the document you are trying to print?
