Unable to connect my MySQL database through Proxy

I can not connect to my MySQL database through the Proxy ?!

No problem with the VS2010 server explorer and your "dotConnect for MySQL" and also with "Toad for MySQL 5.0" Quest Software tool!

The error message is always:

Can't connect to MySQL server on 'x.xxx.xx.xxx' (10061):
Server did not respond within the specified timeout interval

Any ideas?

Am I doing something wrong?

P.S. Using the Trial edition.

Please setup the proxy server in the settings of Internet Explorer. dbForge uses them.
