simultaneous connection fails

Hi! Sometimes dbForge studio for mysql fails to connect to remote database. Also I have an instance of mysql server running local on windows 7x64(for developer needs). Firstly I test my app locally apache+php+mysql and then when everything looks good upload it to remote host. Periodically I test something on local server then I backup db and restore in on remote server. That's when I got this annoying trouble. I mean not every time but very often! And studio restarting isn't helping once trouble has begun. Only when I manually stop my local mysql server via services.msc dbStudio connects to remote server just fine. But if local server is running studio just won't connect. Every time it shoots a message "can't connect bla bla". What studio settings should I correct to be able to operate on local and remote servers simultaneously without these bugs?

There might be the problem with the server you are connecting to. Please also check that a firewall or antivirus doesn't block the connection.
