We will make the changelog available soon. Currently, we suggest you to refer to the following link: http://www.devart.com/news/2013/dbforge ... 0beta.html
are all configs/settings/files 100% compatible to 5.0?
Unfortunately, the settings of the following features that were totally redesigned, are not yet compatible:

- Code Completion
- Formatting

We will try to solve this in next builds of the product.

Please note that dbForge Studio Beta for MySQL, v6.0 is installed into a separate folder and doesn't affect the previous version 5.0.97 of dbForge Studio for MySQL that you can keep in the system at the same time.

MySQL connections are shared automatically between all dbForge products for MySQL.
and what about the sql snippets, can i simply copy them to 6 ?
Yes, you can copy the snippets from the previous version 5.0.97 (%programfiles%\Devart\dbForge Studio for MySQL\Sql Templates) into the new one (%programfiles%\Devart\dbForge Studio Beta for MySQL\Snippets).

dear Janna,

thank you for your feedback, no answer is an answer ;)
