Broken link prevents upgrade

Post by kaffeburk » Tue 02 Aug 2011 19:30

Im trying to upgrade my dbForge Fusion, but when i come to the page:
http://secure.devart.com/Licenses.aspx

There is a link name: Upgrade
http://www.devart.com/dbforge/mysql/fus ... scriptions

When i click it - it report broken link (I have reported). So I try to manually upgrade the product, but i cant either because I cant find my licence number. If i remember correct the broken link gives the licence number. Now my trial have expired and i cant develop. I also have sent mail both to [email protected] and [email protected] without any reply. Im sure You have both my mydac (witch i have upgraded) and my db-forge registered on my Email : [email protected]. Pls help me out ASAP,

Regards, Pär

We sent your emails and link to this topic to our sales department.

By the way, you have a mistake in the ordering url.
The correct one is http://www.devart.com/dbforge/mysql/fus ... ering.html

Hello again,

The info I have from You is:

You can download the last version of MyDeveloper Tools
at http://crlab.com/mysqldevtools/2/bds

There I enter my LogIn information i get to this URL:
http://secure.devart.com/Licenses.aspx

I guess the link You provided me is for the manual upgrade. The link I showed You is for the automatic upgrade - and there the broken link is.

Regards, Pär
