After upgrading to the current version (9.0.304) as prompted I keep being told that 'that I have exceeded the number of application copies for one license.' after pasting my key in for activation. Using a Windows 10 machine, if that makes any difference.
I've tried contacting support using the online form nearly 2 weeks ago and have still received no reply.
For some reason, when I log into the DevArt website and go to 'licenses' it says there are none associated with my account, although I have a license number + key in the email in my inbox with an expiry date of Jan '21 and I certainly paid for it.
Has anyone got any ideas because I've now only got 18 days of the trial left and I can't afford to be without this software.

The email addresses are different because I had to use a different one in signing up to the forum.
I've replied to your Email including details of my license and email address associated with my account, to which I received them as there are no licenses showing inside my account area.

I have the same problem. To compound it all corporate purchased software is registered to a central email address I do not have access to. Please contact me. This is going to be a huge pain in the $%^. If I was alerted that the registration process would have to be done again, I would not have accepted the prompt to upgrade.
