Lost connection to the database

Hello,
connection to the database was lost. gives an error message:

Can't connect to MySQL server on 'lalala.mysql' (10061):
Server did not respond within the specified timeout interval

Although I connect with PuTTY without any problems, with the same username and password.
Connection is made using SSH security protocol. if I turn on the interactive mode it gives an error:

Can't connect to SSH server on 'ssh.lalala.nichost.ru':
User authentication failed.

Reinstalling the program with cleaning from the registry did not lead to any result.

Are you connecting with dbForge and PuTTY from the same PC?

Also, a firewall may cause this.
