Huge performance increase with 6.3.358

Whatever you guys did from 6.3.341 to 6.3.358 the performance/startup of dbForge for MySQL has improved a bazillion times. Now I don't even have time to make coffee between starting and actually using the application anymore. And there is even a fix for the XML coloring issue :D Great job.

Indeed, we performed the huge optimisation, so the startup performance of dbForge was dramatically improved.
