View data with constraint restrictions

I have a problem displaying and editing tables with constraints. For example: Column XYZ is constrained to be unique. Value 1234 is already present. So, if such a constraint exist it is not possible to view the data of the table because of the error message. Other tools like Oracle SQL Developer are able to show the data despite the constraint error.
Is there any workaround to solve the problem?
