Hello,

Wen are comparing a lot of triggers where the only differences come from different formats in the source (additional linefeeds, additional spaces at the end of the line). All these chages are marked as different which makes it very difficult to review the cmparision.

Is it possible to format the sources (on both sides formatting in the same way) to avoid such differences?

I have set the option "Ignore whitespace" in the options but it seems to have no effect.

We are using version 4.2.12 of the software.

Kindly be informed that you are using an old version of our product, please note that the latest version is 4.4.19

So we would like to ask you to update the version and check it on the latest one.

With the new version, formatting is uniform before comparison. However, I still get some differences when there are extra line feeds in a file.

I will check again if I have set an option incorrectly.
