create database

Hello!
i need to create and mount oracle10g (R2) database using template's files.
The problem is that *.dfb file uses another host name and as a result Enterprise Manager try to connect to that host, in spite of in url i use my hostname (like this: http://:1158/em/).
What method i need to use for creating Database using this templates and work with correct host ?
