dbForge Schema Compare for Oracle | Comparison failed | Unexpected symbol 'U'

Hello.
I use dbForge Schema Compare for Oracle 4.3.19 for compare two db, but I get next messages in "General":

------ Schema comparison 'X.scomp' started: Source: user@Test, Target: user@Pre-Prod ------
Cannot describe an object. Unexpected symbol 'U'
Cannot describe an object. Unexpected symbol 'U'

Comparison failed.
Reason: Unexpected symbol 'U'


How I fix it ?
