Target showing non-existent records

When I run my target SQL against the database, I get certain results. When I compare it to a source SQL in Data Compare for Oracle, I am getting conflict records that don't even exist in the SQL results.
Please advise!

Could you please provide us the CREATE definition of the table and a few records from the tables for the Source and Target servers? Screenshots would be also of help.
Please also specify the versions of dbForge, Oracle client (if applicable) and Source and Target Oracle servers.
