Hello,

In my scenario all the release builds happen within the build server rather than on developer machine. If I include Devart Database project within build it simply complains that it is not msbuild script and does nothing.

Is there any trick or workaround to enable such project to build on TFS (from msbuild or even command line (I can execute it from MSbuild then).

Unfortunately, we can't suggest you anything on this. Also, TFS and SVN are supported in dbForge on the level of snapshot files only. The Database Projects feature is also not supported in the command line of dbForge.
