Suggestion : Allow for scheduler objects comparison

For warehouse environments, we make use of scheduler objects
( program , chains , jobs )
( basically..PROCOBJ objects in dbms_metadata.get_ddl)

Toad allows for schema comparisons that include scheduler objects, we would like dbforge to do the same
