dbForge Data Compare for Oracle updating problem

We have recently bought dbForge Data Compare for Oracle Standard
The problem we are facing now is that we can’t update the application with the last version (3.0.43).
In the licenses section ,appears the 3.0.35 version and not the 3.0.43
When i'm trying to update from the product update manager ,a failure message shows up (Product update failed:there is no access to the site, or invalid login or password)

Please try to perform the following actions:
1. Uninstall the current version of dbForge Data Compare for Oracle.
2. Login to the secure.devart.com site using the login details our Sales department sent you.
3. Download and install dbForge Data Compare for Oracle v3.0.43.

First of all,
thank you for the quick response
the major problem is that in the secure.devart.com site 3.0.35 is the only version that can be downloaded.

Please check that you subscription is active. If you bought the license more than a year ago, you need a subscription renewal.

There was a problem with updating your license on the site. We are sorry for that. But now the problem is solved, so you can download the tool by using your credential on Devart User's Area.
Please let us know whether you have any problems with the downloading of our product now.
