When I extract a table definition primary key and relations are allways part of the "Create table..."-statement.

Nice would be a sub-flag "included in Table definition" below "[ Options / Generate Schema Script / Tables / Include constraints ]".

Does anybody have a better idea ?

Thank you for your suggestion. We've included it into our development plan. It will be implemented in one of the future versions.
