manual installation

Hi
I want OraDeveloper install without useing the setup file. What must I do, that the program will be manual install?

In case of the addin it is hard to do, but for standalone application you just need to copy contents of the folder where OraDeveloper is installed.
One more thing, when you just copy files help is not registered, so context help is not available.
