Wrong charset

Hi!

In Oracle Developer Studio I can't find dialog for change charset. My euro signs (€) are replaced by upside down question signs (¿).

When loading file OraDeveloper Studio uses current Windows code page. There is no charset adjustment option.
But we cannot reproduce the problem with Euro sign. Could you please send us (via support email) a portion of your file so we could reproduce the problem?
