I do understanding, than not all suggestions you will use.
BTW, may be possible to support code version software in oradev?
Or may be exists some method to add own plugins into oradev?
For example, I want to open file, change it, commit it into CVS, execute it on DB.

We plan to add source control support in future versions.

It is possible that we'll release some kind of SDK for OraDeveloper in the future, but it's not our main priority.
