Does anyone know when the Sales Team will release the official version to us 3.x licensed/eligible customers. Sent email on Monday but haven't heard back from them with a link to the download. The only one out there is the TRIAL version - which is expired on my system for several weeks.

You should receive a letter with the instructions on where and how to download the upgrade.

I payed for the upgrade over like 48 hours ago and still haven't received a letter stating where to download. I tried contacting the sales department through the website and haven't received a reply.

Thanks alot i truly love your plug in it has changed my applications greatly and has save lots of time and money. Have been waiting for this official 4.0 release anxiously.

hmmm... I received your email from the 16th, but never saw this one from the 17th. You have my correct email .. can you please resend it? I just replied back (again) to the email you sent me on the 16th.

Got it ... Thanks ..
and no, your email is not being blocked. I had that all fixed over a month ago when Alexey and I were dealing with one of the problems. I received your formal "Notification 4.x" email ... anyway, all is good now.. I just downloaded the product and am about to install it and test.
