Proplem with TypeLoadException

I've had a continuing problem using the Corelab.MYSQL compact framework where I get Type Load exceptioptions. The only way round it is to create a new project and import all the existing files from the old project, after this it works fine. However I have to do this whenever Visual Studio is closed and opened again?

Have you installed only one our product?

Yes just the mysql355mob.exe file I had to uninstall it a fgew times to get it to install correctly. I think the problem may well be with visual studio 2003 so I might reinstall it and see if that makes any difference.
