Missing InstallWebTables.sql

I am trying to get MySQL direct to work with ASP.NET without having to also use SQL server. The "Using MySQLDirect .NET in ASP.NET Provider Model" help page tells me to use InstallWebTables.sql, but I cannot find this script. I am using version 3.50.

If you have a current version of this script, please post it here.

Also, this leads me to a second question: Are the instructions on the help page the most recent instructions for using ASP.NET 2.0 with Corelab on a web server (IIS 6)? (for using MySqlMembershipProvider, etc.)

Thanks,
Lars

The script is here:
"%ProgramFiles%\CoreLab\MySQLDirect.NET2\installwebtables.sql"

No, it is not. I already searched the Corelab directory structure for *.sql before posting the question and the only file found was "tables.sql" in the Samples directory.
