INstalling ASP on Windows Shared Hosting

HI,
i'm trying for the several hours to deploy Web site on Godaddy Windows Hosting.
i put the APP_License and CoreLab DLLs( the main and the Web one) in Bin
and still get application error when i try to run it from there.
it's working fine in my PC.
Any ideas what i'm doing wrong ?
