Using Toad with MySQL server

Hi,

I have a MySQL server running and I use Toad to access it.

I started developing an ASP.NET application, and so I downloaded and installed the CoreLab Adapter.

This is when Toad stopped working with the MySQL server claiming that :

**********************************************************
*License not valid. Please view "Licensing" topic in MySQLDirect .NET * *documentation for details or contact Core Lab technical support. *
**********************************************************

Has anyone seen this happen before?
I've searched the forums online with no luck.

Any help will be greatly appericiated.

Thanks,

Kobi

Could you please describe in detail when the error occurs?
What versions of Toad and MySQLDirect do you use?

The error message pops up when I fill out the connection information in the Toad connection screen and hit Connect.
Actually I do not fill in the connection information as I created a connection profile that stores the db, user name, password etc. so I'm trying to connect using the same exact information that I used before installing MySQLDirect.NET

Toad version is: Toad for MySQL 2.0.3

MySQLDirect version is: 3.50

Thanks in advance,

Kobi

To make Toad work you should delete all the folders like policy.X.XX.CoreLab.MySql in <%\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC_MSIL\".
