VS 2005 - MySQL Direct not accessible when working on website

When using VS 2005 which I have just installed MySQL Direct.NET is accessible from the toolbar when working with Windows applications but this is not accessible when working with a web project. Naturally I have installed the .NET Framework Version 2 version of the MySQL Direct.NET Pro Upgrade I have recently downloaded.

Any ideas out there?

Right-click on *.aspx file in Server Explorer and choose "View Component
Designer" option.
