Cannot Install MySQLDirect.NET

The installation program fails to finish. I receive a messgae which reads ... the installation was interrupted before it could finish .. the installation is not complete please install again later.
Can someone help sort this out? What do I do next?

What MySQLDirect .NET version do you install - for .NET Framework 1 or .NET Framework 2.0.
What VS have you installed and what is your Windows version? Please check that VS isn't running during the installation. Try to disable 'Create IIS Virtual Directories' option. Also try at first to uninstall completely MySQLDirect .NET and then install it again.
