Does core labs support the typed dataset?.

I am using mysql 5.0.

Yes, CoreLabs do support the typed datasets.
You can create one using DataSource Configuration Wizard, DataSet Wizard or "Generate DataSet..." verb of a MySqlDataAdapter component.
You can also use DataSets created with DataSet Designer.
